Thanks to everyone who submitted learning session proposals for the 2022 United Way Western Regional Conference. Our application process has closed. We received 60 submissions for 30 slots (a new record!), and your planning committee will soon review the proposals and notify speakers accordingly. We will post the final sessions on our schedule in early May. Selected speakers will receive a 10% discount code to attend the conference. Please note registration will be required for all learning session speakers.
The United Way Western Regional is eligible for United Way flex credits. Each participant may use flex credits for up to $535 in registration fees, up to $500 in travel fees, and up to $740 in per diem expenses ($185 per day x 4 days).
At the beginning of each calendar year, United Way Worldwide reserves a percentage of membership dues to support learning and professional development opportunities for local United Ways. These funds are allocated into a flexible credit account, which can enable staff and volunteers to access learning opportunities that have been approved by United Way Worldwide. Flex credits may only be redeemed after a United Way-approved event has taken place. As such, information on redeeming flex credits for the Western Regional will be provided to all registrants following the event.
Please note all registrations for the United Way Western Regional Conference are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the conference, you may send another representative from your organization in your stead. For registration questions, please contact Rachel Dievendorf at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877.355.8922 x2.
