Danielle Kilchenstein is a Health Policy Associate and Program Director for Health Navigation for United Ways of California. In her role, she supports statewide and regional health policy efforts that focus on coverage, access, and program integration.
Prior to United Ways of California, she was the Executive Director for the American Academy of Pediatrics in Los Angeles, responsible for the overall functioning and sustainability of the organization, including health programs, committees, staff and budget management, and continuing medical education. Ms. Kilchenstein has several years of experience supporting nonprofit organizations dedicated to children’s health, and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Duquesne University in Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing a Public Health Doctorate in Health Policy and Management from Loma Linda University.
