Brian is the Digital Outreach Program Manager for United Ways of California. In this role he supports the implementation of a statewide broadband outreach program with the goal of advancing digital equity for Californians, especially for those who are low-income or people of color.

Brian is passionate about bridging access gaps worldwide, and has lived and worked across Asia and Sub-Saharan African in a variety of nonprofit capacities to advocate for and provide health and education access to underserved rural areas. He believes strongly in the power of communities, and in doing more with less.

Brian is based in Los Angeles, CA.
